Product launch

Product Focus led the product management and go-to-market activities required to launch a unique new data product for a leading UK mobile operator.

The launch spanned a wide range of activities including PR, collateral, external and internal communications, process development, software development, supplier negotiation and stakeholder management.


Proposition development

Product Focus provided hands-on support to develop propositions and improve business development campaigns for a large B2B telecoms vendor.

This resulted in a significant increase in business over a 2 year period and the tools used have since become standard practice in the business.


Interim management

Product Focus was engaged to head the product marketing team for a global Telecoms systems provider. Product Focus quickly engaged with the team and identified areas for improvement.

Team objectives were re-focused which resulted in a significant improvement in team motivation and effectiveness – and an extended assignment.


Product team performance

Product Focus was asked to review how a product management team was performing and give insights into best practice.

Our annual product management survey gave a unique source of benchmarking data and we were able to introduce best practice into a number of areas.


Product planning

Product Focus was engaged by a leading vendor of network operator software to support their product strategy and planning work ready for an imminent board investment review.

We proposed & agreed a plan of action, facilitated the strategy and road-mapping process and successfully engaged teams from around the business to leverage their knowledge and gain buy-in. Finally, the agreed product plans were detailed in a consistent and effective style to facilitate communication with the board.
