Privacy statement

We are committed to ensuring your privacy is protected.

When you register for a training course, sign up for our resources or complete one of our surveys, we collect information such as your name and email address.

When you browse our website or click on links in emails, we automatically collect information such as IP address, your browser, and interests.

We use the information we collect to prepare for training courses and so that we can create and share relevant survey reports, infographics, ads, and other materials.

We only retain data for as long as needed. We’ll then either delete it or anonymize it so it doesn’t identify you. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.

We will only share your information when required by law to do so, where it’s a necessary part of doing business with you (for example, to take a credit card payment), to deliver ads that are more relevant to you or to provide you with the services you’ve requested.

If you’ve signed up and opted-in to receive our newsletter and resources, we will email you from time to time with information about our Journal, best practice insights, surveys, and training.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Your data is held on servers in the EU, except for where you have completed a survey. In that case, data will be held on the servers of Alchemer. These are located in the USA but Alchemer is compliant with the EU-USA privacy shield agreement.

By registering for a webinar you are agreeing to Livestorm’s Terms of Service and the use of personal data as explained in Livestorm’s Privacy Policy
