Once paid funds have cleared in our account (typically 7-10 days), we will send you a paid invoice for your credit card receipt.
Yes – if you are confident your accounts payable department can process payment within our standard terms, which are: before the course runs or 30 days from the invoice date, whichever is earlier. Please note you need to book with a company email address to be invoiced. If you are self-funding, you must pay by credit card.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing (e.g. by email). If the cancellation is 30 days or more before the course/workshop then a full refund will be given. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received 15 to 29 days before the course/workshop. No refund will be given for cancellations less than 15 days before the course/workshop or for “no-shows” on the day.
Alternative participants: An alternative participant can be substituted at any time and at no cost.
Course transfer: A single transfer to an alternative course/workshop date can be made up to 30 days in advance of the date of the originally booked course/workshop at no cost.
Course postponement or cancellation: Product Focus reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course/workshop due to unforeseen circumstances in which case our liability is limited to the course/workshop fees.
Online training: You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate technology and set-up to access our online training.

For maximum value, we recommend you attend with 2-4 team members across functions – typically an experienced product manager plus marketing and customer success colleagues. Solo attendance is also welcome.
No – but you should have several years of product management experience and know the fundamentals. Ideally you will already have received some formal product management training.
The course is for experienced cross-functional product teams, including product managers, marketing managers, and customer success managers who want to grow their in-life products. You will get the best results by attending in groups of 2–4 colleagues working on the same product — as growth is a ‘team sport’.
Product managers attending should have completed either the Product Focus foundation course “Product Management and Product Marketing for technology-based products” or an industry equivalent.
It is an intensive, active-learning, workshop-style course. The format combines formal teaching of advanced concepts, group discussion, and practical exercises based on delegates’ own products.
The course has five modules. Each element has clear learning outcomes and delegates will have tangible takeaways from every module to complete and refine after the course. Training is delivered over 2 full days (in-person) or 3 half days (live online).
Courses are delivered by highly-experienced senior product management leaders who can give insights into the reality of product management and product marketing in leading businesses today.
Delegates are provided with unlimited access to the Product Focus Toolbox.

Some pre-reading will ensure all delegates have the same starting point. You will also be asked to bring some basic information about your growth targets and some of your own product metrics.
