It contains our Product Management Journals, Infographics, webinar recordings, tools, templates, reports, white papers, blogs, and book reviews. It gives you easy access to high-quality resources whenever you need them.

There are three ways to access the Toolbox:

Create a free account to get access to a huge range of free resources – the deal is that we’ll send you an email each week about new content, upcoming webinars, and training. You can unsubscribe from the Toolbox at any time.
Buy a one or three-year subscription to gain full access to the full range of resources that only alumni get. To do this, you will need to create a free account and then upgrade from within the Toolbox. You can pay in £, € or $.
Attend one of our training courses and get unlimited full access with your course.

If you attend one of our training courses, we will give you unlimited full free access to all of online Toolbox resources.

Can I have full access to Toolbox even if I don’t attend a course?

Why pay for one or three-year membership?

Our free Toolbox gives you easy access to some of our high-quality content whenever you need it. However, a one- or three-year membership provides full access, which includes our webinars, templates, book reviews, and how-to guides. Plus, we regularly add new resources and update existing content.

How can I pay for full Toolbox membership?

You can create a free Toolbox account and then upgrade from within the Toolbox. You can choose to pay in £, € or $.

What happens if I’ve paid for Toolbox and then become an Alumni?

If you sign up for a training course within 6 months of buying full access to the Toolbox, let us know, and we will refund 50% of the cost of the membership.

How do I access the Toolbox?

To view and download the toolbox content, you need to log in and search for content from the home page.

Change of email address

You can email us at [email protected] to request a change of email address.

Greyed out content – what’s going on?

The content in our Toolbox is extensive, but the free Toolbox plan only gives you access to some of this content. Anything that is greyed out is not available on the free plan. To get access, you need to attend a training course or upgrade to a paid Toolbox plan.

I can no longer access the Toolbox – what’s going on?

There are a number of reasons why this might happen:

Unsubscribed from marketing emails. If you are on a free Toolbox plan and have unsubscribed from our regular marketing emails, you will be automatically unsubscribed from the Toolbox. Simply re-subscribe to our resources and emails by signing up here or pay for the full Toolbox, and access will be restarted.
Maintenance. The service may be offline for maintenance – in which case it should be up and running again within a few hours.
