If you attend one of our training courses, we will give you unlimited full free access to all of online Toolbox resources.
Can I have full access to Toolbox even if I don’t attend a course?
You can buy one of three-year membership here: https://www.productfocus.com/toolbox/
Why pay for one or three-year membership?
Our free Toolbox gives you easy access to some of our high-quality content whenever you need it. However, a one- or three-year membership provides full access, which includes our webinars, templates, book reviews, and how-to guides. Plus, we regularly add new resources and update existing content.
How can I pay for full Toolbox membership?
You can create a free Toolbox account and then upgrade from within the Toolbox. You can choose to pay in £, € or $.
What happens if I’ve paid for Toolbox and then become an Alumni?
If you sign up for a training course within 6 months of buying full access to the Toolbox, let us know, and we will refund 50% of the cost of the membership.
How do I access the Toolbox?
To view and download the toolbox content, you need to log in and search for content from the home page.

Greyed out content – what’s going on?
The content in our Toolbox is extensive, but the free Toolbox plan only gives you access to some of this content. Anything that is greyed out is not available on the free plan. To get access, you need to attend a training course or upgrade to a paid Toolbox plan.
