We will continue to offer face-to-face public courses for dates in the future when we hope it will be safe to travel and meet. We now also run online public courses as well.

I’m thinking of booking onto a public course in one of your city locations but I’m worried that it may not run?

If you book onto one of our face-to-face public courses and because of the COVID-19 situation we have to postpone, you can transfer to a later course free of charge.

How do I get the latest information on the course I have booked?

How will I know if a face-to-face public course is running?

You will receive an email from us 3 weeks before the planned course dates with the latest information. Please do not make travel and accommodation arrangements before then.

If a postponement is unavoidable we will re-schedule and let you know the dates. If the new dates do not fit with your plans we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or refund your money.

What measures does Product Focus take when conducting a training course?

The health of our participants and instructors is very important to us. We want to ensure our training courses run safely and smoothly and so will take all appropriate precautions.

Do you offer online training as an alternative? 

Yes and you can book here. If you’re already booked onto a face-to-face public course later in the year you can transfer to online training if you prefer.
