The 3 days of training are split into 9 modules with 3 modules each day.
There is no set pre-course work but, we recommend thinking about what you’d like to get from the course and making a shortlist of what’s working and what’s not working at your company.

You won’t need your laptop; all the materials are provided – as well as free food and drink.
The course runs from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm each day but starts at 9:30 am on the first day to give everyone time to find the venue.
