We have worked in and with a wide range of companies in the Telecoms industry. These include infrastructure providers as well as network operators selling to businesses and consumers.

Some of the product management issues we have seen include :-

  • Maturing the product management role to become more pro-active and strategic within the business
  • Balancing the need to defend commoditised products whilst establishing a presence in new areas of product and service
  • Constant pressure to rollout new technologies quickly at lower price points
